Investigator dramas competing for accolade

A group of 3 of black detective dramas have been elevated to your shortlist for a famous TV prize. The reveals - Broadchurch, The Drop and Top of the Pond - are all in the operating to be known as best TV dilemma at The South Financial institution Sky Artistry Prizes next season.  TV's Broadchurch, which was a large professional and crucial hit, targeted on a cops research into a kid murder. The Drop is about cops monitoring a North Irish murderer and Top of the Pond centers on the look for a missing 12-year-old lady. Other nominees consist of Bob Bowie whose return record The Next Day is up against Arctic Apes and digital duo Disclosure for the pop songs prize.


The awards, organized at the Dorchester Resort in London, UK on Wednesday Jan 27, are organized by Southern Financial institution Display variety Melvyn Bragg who said the record of nominees was evidence of the "vibrant" arts field in the UK. He said: “It’s important to honor the quality of performers, performers, performers and writers especially at this time, and we're very grateful that we can do this." Steve Coogan's Mike Partridge movie is up against Sky Artistry show Psycho itches and Bridget Christie's Glasgow Festival stand-up show for best funny.
